I specialize in working with individuals processing trauma, grief, dissociation, and complex life experiences. My approach is trauma-informed, evidence-based, and relational, integrating cognitive, somatic, and experiential techniques to help you build regulation, insight, and lasting change. For some clients, this may also include equine-assisted therapy, offering a unique opportunity to explore healing through connection, presence, and embodied awareness.
